As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
- Play a key role in meeting new sales and upsells of complex financial and regulatory systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers.
- Discover new technologies within the FinTech industry.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams globally, defining and strategizing compelling sales initiatives for critical financial solutions and services to world-leading Market Infrastructure Operators, Banks, and Brokers within a defined territory.
- Be responsible for business development, building brand awareness, and fostering relationships with prospects and clients.
- Work closely with teams in Mumbai and other countries, delivering complex technology solutions to clients such as Broker Dealers, Regional Banks, and Market Infrastructure Operators.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the India region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and product teams to create sales initiatives.
- Use Salesforce and other sales tools to track campaign effectiveness and provide sales updates.
- Foster team collaboration and develop sales initiatives to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of total experience, including 3-4 years in sales and business development in capital markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor/Master in business, finance, or related fields.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and trading applications is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and sales analytics tools like 6Sense.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
