Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator (Indoor)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle major customer accounts in various industries.
2. Respond to product-related questions and other queries promptly.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
4. Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers.
5. Support the sales and marketing of new and existing products.
6. Process quotations and sales orders.
7. Liaise with suppliers for product-related matters including purchase order creation.
8. Must be customer and team-oriented.
9. Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Candidate must be suitable for working in a fast-paced environment.
