In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations, enhancing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth business processes. Your contributions will be essential to the success of our sales efforts.

What you'll be doing

• Offer essential administrative support to the sales team, managing accurate customer records and processing orders efficiently.

• Facilitate seamless coordination of sales activities by liaising with various departments and ensuring timely follow-ups on customer inquiries.

• Track and monitor customer orders, shipments, forecasts, and demand trends to optimize sales processes.

• Ensure prompt and precise delivery of products and services, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary contact for sales and order related matters.

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
