Duties and Responsibilities

  • To maintain and develop hotel’s leisure and corporate accounts and other segments as assigned by Director of Sales

  • Develop strategies to drive business growth through effective negotiation and creative selling

  • Operate the hotel booking system and various sales tools for contracting RFP submission etc

  • Prepare and collate the monthly reports and other related information

  • Coordinate and conduct site visits for guest rooms and meeting venues

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role preferred

  • Good organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Resourceful with good attention to details

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
