Job description

• Well Establish Company

• Basic $ 2,500- $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Bishan

• Working days: 5 days (Tuesday - Saturday)

• Working hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and drive sales through goal setting, promotions, and customer engagement.

• Enhance in-store experience with effective merchandising and visual displays.

• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.

• Manage POS systems for sales tracking and inventory analysis.

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.

• Assist in budgeting and cost control to enhance profitability.

• Prepare and submit timely financial and operational reports.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred

• 3 years of experience in a retail (supervisory or managerial role is a plus)

• Experience with POS system management and data analysis, along with proficiency in retail management software is a plus.
