A leading food service company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and secure contracts with restaurants. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role offers a base salary with a competitive commission structure based on performance.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing sales strategies to secure contracts with restaurants for the sale of our premium produce and meat products. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and goals for Ebb & Flow Group to drive revenue growth and market penetration
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including owners, chefs, and purchasing managers
Conduct regular market research and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and potential risks
Generate new sales opportunities and prospects to establish and expand our client base by acquiring new accounts
Create and maintain client database via our CRM system, ensuring all relevant client information is captured in an accurate and complete manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and procurement, to ensure smooth order fulfilment, delivery, and client support
Oversee the preparation and delivery of contract negotiations while ensuring favourable terms and maximizing profit margins
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with key industry stakeholders, increase our brand visibility, and put our products on the map
Base salary plus a competitive commission structure tied to individual and team sales performance.
Who we are looking for
At least 2 years of experience in the F&B/Hospitality industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
