Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a real impact through your work? We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our recycling solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping businesses and industries adopt responsible waste management practices while driving business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and industrial recycling sectors.
  • Promote our full range of recycling services (e.g., paper, plastic, metal, e-waste, industrial waste, etc.).
  • Meet and build strong relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and sustainability officers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client recycling needs and provide customized, eco-friendly solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow through until closure.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and stay updated on sustainability regulations and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in recycling, waste management, or environmental services.
  • Passionate about sustainability, circular economy, and environmentally conscious solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing sales.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Own transport preferred; role involves regular client visits.
