Job description

Position: Sales Executive (Pharmacy/Retail Medical Hall)

Location: Loyang (Few bus stops from Pasir Ris MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Salary (Depend on experience): Up to $5500 Gross (Up to $4200 basic + Transport allowance) + $80 mobile + AWS + High Commission (quarterly basis) + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.
  2. Develop plans to expand customer base in retail pharmacies and general/lower trade, including but not limited to medical halls, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.
  3. Drive healthy sell-in & increases off-take of company's products in the designated territories.
  4. Propose, develop, and execute sales expansion strategies, new accounts, and product penetration strategies in consultation with the Key Account Manager.
  5. Monitor results and adjust strategies when necessary.
  6. Ensure adherence to customer coverage and visit frequency in the assigned territory, as defined by the organization.
  7. Ensure excellent customer service quality.
  8. Keep up-to-date with new product knowledge and market intelligence.
  9. Submit reports as per the frequency defined by the Business Unit.
Requirements:
  1. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates for business communication.
  2. Diploma/Degree in a relevant field. A background in scientific disciplines or a combination of scientific knowledge and sales experience is advantageous.
  3. Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in key account management within the retail pharmacy industry & lower trade/wholesalers.
  4. Ability to identify challenges and present solutions to the Key Account Manager.
