  • 5 days work week | Monday to Thursday (8am to 6pm) and Friday (8am to 5pm)

Job Description:

This is a permanent role for a Sales Executive (Pet Care) located in Yishun Our client's biggest pet distributor that carries a wide range of pet products from pet food to pet grooming, and pet cleaning.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the client experience.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and client needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as well as maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • CRM Strategy & Optimization: Using CRM data to identify sales strategies and products based on customer past purchases.
  • Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection.

Qualifications:

  • Possess Class 3/3A Singapore license
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate
  • 1 year in sales or key account management (B2B or B2C sales)
