Job Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow and retain accounts by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, such as exhibitions, product demos, and solution discussions.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Assist in creating sales proposals, quotes, and presentations, ensuring accuracy.
• Collect market feedback on product performance, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Work with other departments (operations, engineering, support) to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
Job Requirements:
• A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related fields.
• Prior sales experience, ideally in a technical or engineering industry.
• Strong experience in customer relationship management and service.
• Ability to identify key accounts and create growth and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and teams.
• Ability to deliver clear and engaging technical presentations and proposals.
• Negotiation skills for contract and pricing discussions.
