Sales Executive (Oil & Gas)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Promptly acknowledge client RFQs via email.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotes on analyzers and spare parts.
- Prepare accurate quotations, including freight, documentation costs, and commercial terms.
- Submit quotes for approval to Sales Director, GM, or supervisor.
- Review and confirm purchase orders with the Sales Manager and clients.
- Initiate job and material requisition forms upon PO receipt.
- Work with Procurement to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents.
- Submit weekly reports and client-required forms.
- Support sales operations per internal processes.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- GCE A-Level or Diploma
- Sales support or sales executive experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
