Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & Market Expansion

2. Product Promotion & Training
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for medical devices.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Provide training to ensure proper equipment usage.
3. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback for product and strategy improvements.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and developments.
4. Exhibitions & Networking
- Represent the company at trade shows and medical conferences.
- Showcase products to potential customers and industry leaders.
- Build connections with key stakeholders and expand market reach.
5. Customer Engagement & Support
- Address inquiries and resolve client concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Strengthen long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, or related field.
· More than one year of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
· Willingness to travel frequently.
· Experience with CRM software and market analysis tools.
