Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients, ensuring regular follow-ups to drive continued business growth
- Promote the company's range of products (e.g., shackles, wire ropes) to clients in the marine, shipyard, and oil & gas industries
- Actively participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and enhance market visibility
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs
- Take full ownership of sales activities with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Conduct cold calls and schedule sales appointments to build a robust sales pipeline
- Carry out daily customer visits to drive sales and build client rapport
- Provide daily sales visit updates and reports to the Director
- Support the preparation and coordination of quotations and sales proposals
- Assist the Division Sales Manager in developing and refining sales strategies for assigned markets
- Provide on-the-job training to junior team members on ISO standards and internal processes
- Offer sales support, including the preparation of quotations and handling customer inquiries
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
