The Opportunity: Sales Executive/Manager (Business Space Division)
This isn't just another sales job. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be a key player in driving the revenue and growth of our Business Space Division. You will be on the front lines, executing innovative customer acquisition strategies, managing a diverse portfolio of island-wide listings, and transforming warm leads into closed transactions.
Your mission is to understand our clients' unique challenges and craft customized, winning solutions that maximize the value of their assets.
What You'll Do:
● Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, making a direct impact on our bottom line.
● Build Our Business: Spearhead customer acquisition strategies to expand our client base and market share.
● Curate a Premier Portfolio: Identify, spec, and onboard new commercial and industrial properties, maintaining a dynamic and best-in-class listings portfolio.
● Become a Trusted Advisor: Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to develop optimal pricing strategies and provide expert advice to clients.
● Unlock Potential: Identify underutilized properties and devise creative strategies to maximize their value and utility for our clients.

Qualifications:
● Registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) as a RES.
● Possess your own personal vehicle (car or motorbike).
● An outgoing, optimistic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
● The ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
● Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
● A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
● An eagerness to learn and grow through hard work and dedication.
Advantageous:
● Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and MS Office Suite.
● Experience in property underwriting and cash flow modelling using MS Excel.
