Sales Executive/ Manager (Alcohol Warehouse / Freight /Hunter Role)

Position: Sales Executive/Manager (Alcohol Warehousing / Freight / Hunter Role) - Up to $6000

Location: Penjuru Road

Working hours: 5 days: Monday to Friday; 8.45 – 6.15

Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $6000 (Basic up to $5000 + $1000 Transportation + $150 Mobile Phone) + competitive commission scheme (Target 3 times)

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Alcohol warehousing facilities

Main Responsibilities:

1. Hunt and secure new business and customers.
2. Meet targets and increase the organization's revenue, volumes, and gross profit.
3. Implement business development strategies and tactics.
4. Interact with local and overseas vendors/agents (including Air, Ocean, and others) to secure the best rates for customer proposals.
5. Manage and analyze the performance of existing customers, identify needs, and execute necessary actions.
6. Work on tenders, RFQs, and bids as required.
7. Contribute ideas for process improvements and oversee their implementation.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Ability to independently secure new business and customers.
2. Possess an existing customer base.
3. Knowledge of license, bonded, or alcohol warehousing is an advantage.
4. Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role in freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo, logistics, supply chain, or similar industries, in sales, business development, or customer service roles.
5. Experience in customer retention and client relationship management.
6. Own transportation.
7. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
