Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the Academy’s business growth by promoting and selling training programs to potential students. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, generating sales leads, and achieving individual and team sales targets. This position requires a passion for education and a strong ability to connect with customers to meet their training needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
· Identify and reach out to potential clients (corporate and individual) to introduce the Academy’s programs.
· Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent opportunities for business growth.
· Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the Academy's training offerings.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Understand the specific training needs of each client and recommend relevant courses.
· Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and foster repeat business.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
· Conduct sales presentations to potential student in person, via phone, or online.
4. Market Research & Strategy:
· Research industry trends and competitor offerings to keep up to date with market demands.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with business goals.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
· Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
6. Post-Sales Support:
· Ensure smooth transition from sales to program delivery, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
· Assist clients with the enrolment process and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales or a related field, preferably in the education or training industry.
· Education: A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
· Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
· Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
· Self-Motivated: Results-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools.
