Job description

Our company is seeking sales-driven individuals responsible for achieving profitable results through motivation, skills development, and product knowledge enhancement.

Products include flooring items such as carpet tiles, laminates, vinyls, wall-to-wall carpets, rugs, etc.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in the flooring, furniture, lighting, or construction industries is preferred.
  2. A marketing degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) with channel management knowledge; a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience is advantageous.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and internet reporting.
  4. Must possess a Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle.
  5. Skills include meeting sales goals, negotiation, customer needs analysis, motivation, sales planning, relationship building, process management, and market knowledge.
  6. Experience in handling multiple products and locations.
  7. Knowledge of channel management, retail, or furniture sales is a plus.
  8. Performance-oriented, target-driven, self-motivated, and achievement-focused.
  9. Strong communication skills are desirable.
  10. Ability to commit to the company for at least 2 years.
