Assure Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of consultancy services, training courses, and digital solutions to clients across Singapore. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Actively prospecting and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Presenting and demonstrating our services and solutions to address customer needs and concerns
  • Negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Continuously updating your knowledge of our offerings and staying informed about industry trends
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the consultancy, training, or related services industry
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipelines
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about customer success
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
