Job Responsibilities
You are responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
You will assume an instrumental role in the attainment of the company’s yearly budget.
Collaborates with the service coordination, customer service, technicians, and operation support team to ensure company objectives are achieved.
Executing and actively monitoring operational (sales & services) activities and realizing new customers and sales.
Handling and resolving customers’ “pain points” to their satisfaction.
Realizing agreements with prospects to promote the company’s objectives.
Following up with appointments from customer calls and enquiries with the aim to generate direct and indirect sales from such enquiries.
Preparing service contracts and taking care of the follow-up, offers to be comprehensive as well as clear for the customer.
Ensure orders/contracts/agreements are properly executed.
Perform your duties using the company ERP (Sage X3) and Ticketing system (Freshworks) as the primary work tools.
