As an Automotive Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and facilitating the purchase process. Your role is to provide an excellent customer experience, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the dealership's inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and advancements in automotive technology
  • Expertly negotiate contracts to maximise profitability.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.
  • Report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
