Job Scope:
Drive Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support long-term business growth.
Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Representation Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals, and represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of successful experience in sales and business development, including a minimum of 1 year in a sales leadership or management role.
Solid knowledge of bespoke software development and IT solution offerings.
Proven track record in crafting and executing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and forecasting performance effectively.
Skilled in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
Good Communication Skills.
Working Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-6pm)
Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Basic + AWS) + Tier Base Commission
