Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a Korean-speaking Sales Executive to drive growth by managing key accounts, identifying opportunities, and delivering customer-focused solutions. The role requires 2–3 years of food industry sales experience and Korean language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min 2–3 years of sales experience in a food-related industry.
• Proficiency in Korean for communication with Korean clients.

• Drive business growth by managing key customer accounts e.g. Singapore, Korea etc; developing new business opportunities and delivering customer-focused solutions through effective commercial and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage and grow assigned key accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with customers and the R&D team to deliver innovative products and solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, and business terms to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, product launches, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen customer engagement and promote company products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by managing key customer accounts e.g. Singapore, Korea etc; developing new business opportunities and delivering customer-focused solutions through effective commercial and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage and grow assigned key accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with customers and the R&D team to deliver innovative products and solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, and business terms to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on commercial matters, including quotations, orders, delivery schedules, payments, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including R&D, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service, to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
• Manage and support distributors, sales agents, and channel partners to maximize sales performance and market coverage.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, product launches, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen customer engagement and promote company products.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, prompt issue resolution, and effective relationship management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing/Food Technology/Engineering
• Min 2-3 years of sales working experience in food related industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Korean is required for communication with Korean clients
• Able to perform overtime to complete required
