Job Description

We are hiring two junior Sales Executives to support our daily sales operations across both retail and foodservice channels. This is a hands-on role involving order processing, logistics coordination, customer service, and event participation.

Key Responsibilities

Retail (Growy):

  • Take and process orders from supermarkets
  • Update sales tracking sheets (Excel)
  • Liaise with FairPrice via WhatsApp for POs and shelf updates
  • Coordinate with logistics for deliveries
  • Conduct regular store visits for merchandising and stock checks
  • Support in-store sampling, activations, and promotional events

HoReCa (Chefs Farm):

  • Manage orders from chefs and restaurants via WhatsApp
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations on deliveries
  • Maintain good working relationships with foodservice clients
  • Share client feedback with the internal team

Events & Marketing Support:

  • Join farmers markets and store events on selected weekends (time off in lieu provided)
  • Help set up booths and engage with customers
  • Coordinate with roadshow promoters (e.g. FairPrice sampling events) for proper setup and brand representation
  • Assist in basic communication tasks like event flyers or captions
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (FMCG/food preferred)
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and basic digital tools
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to do store visits and work selected weekends (off-in-lieu will be provided)
  • Interest in food, sustainability, or urban farming is a plus
  • Driving license is a plus, and can receive transport allowance if driving own vehicle.
