Location: Jurong East (5 minutes from MRT Station)

Job Description:

  • Maintain good relationship and develop new businesses with main key client
  • Conduct business trips and develop new businesses in ASEAN countries.
  • Handle requests and inquiries from clients and provide solutions
  • Communicate with Japan HQ for pricing, shipping schedule, stock situation.
  • Prepare documents related sales activity using PowerPoint or Excel etc.
  • Attend to guests from Japan and clients. (if required)
  • Other ad-hoc duties if assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Possesses B2B sales experience in Japanese manufacturing industries or related retail sectors.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and shows a commitment to long-term tenure with the company.
  • Proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with clients.
  • Holds a valid driving license.
  • Basic conversational in Japanese is a plus to communicate with Japan HQ and colleagues.
  • Prior experience working in a Japanese SME is an advantage.
  • Exhibits a keen interest in Japanese culture and a strong motivation to work in a Japanese company.
