Responsibilities:
  1. Actively identify and engage potential clients (hunting role), including local, B2C, and international customers such as restaurants and hotels.
  2. Promote and sell our products and services to both domestic and overseas markets.
  3. Ensure accurate documentation and proper packaging for international shipments.
  4. Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  5. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  6. Maintain comprehensive records of sales leads, activities, order history, and pricing.
  7. Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts to the purchasing team.
  8. Generate and present sales reports for management review.
  9. Assist the sales team with appointment scheduling, handling urgent calls, responding to sales emails and messages when representatives are unavailable.
  10. Process customer orders via phone, email, SMS, or mail, ensuring pricing, discounts, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) are correctly applied.
  11. Enter orders into the company system, ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer requirements, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  2. Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred) to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients.
  3. Experience in selling poultry products such as pork and beef meat will be an added advantage.
