A leading company in the building and construction industry is seeking a Sales Executive for their interior design division. This permanent role involves sourcing leads, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets with a competitive salary package up to $4,000 plus bonuses. The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, with opportunities to excel in a vibrant industry.
Position : Sales Executive (Interior Design) - Up to $4,000 Basic
Location : Kaki Bukit
Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Commission + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Source renovation and construction leads (residential, commercial, industrial)
Arrange site visits and meetings with clients
Present scope of work, pricing, and project timelines
Handle quotations, negotiations, and close deals
Coordinate with operations team for project handover
Maintain proper sales documentation
Build good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Meet sales targets and perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ sales or marketing experience in renovation or construction
Good communication and follow-up skills
Able to work independently and manage own time
Basic knowledge of renovation works or materials
Own transport preferred (for site visits)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
