Roles & Responsibilities

· Working Days: 5.5 Days [Monday - Sat]

· Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Flexible Working)

· Location: Serangoon North [North-East]

· Salary: $6000.00 - $10000.00 (need to hit target)

Job Scope:

· Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients' needs and propose concepts, products & solutions for roofing and waterproofing services

· Prepare specification, quotation and drawings

· Negotiate price and project timelines with customers.

· Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide update on feedback from customer.

· Achieve team target and provide back up to other team members when they are away

· Build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.

· Attend site visits, Build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.

· Main contact person between client and company and coordinate information accordingly to ensure successful Outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals.

· Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers enquiries via multiple channel (Phone call, emails & Whatsapp, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Identify customers' needs and wants, advice customer on selecting the suitable product and installation that meets their requirements
  • Maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Stay updated on new product information
  • Perform daily showroom operations including, handle XERO and CRM systems, preparing invoices, and other necessary paperwork
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    What We’re Looking For

    Mindset: Growth-oriented, customer centric, open to learning, with a positive attitude.
    Education: Min. Nitec, “O” level, Diploma or equivalent.
    Experience: Candidates with indoor sales experience preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome!
    Attitude: Good attitude, willingness to learn, a team player, resourceful, have initiative & responsible
    Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, tech-savvy.
    Language: Chinese & fluent in spoken and written English.
    Availability: Preferably able to join immediately or within short notice.
