Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales forecasting and achieving sales targets for the furniture showroom.
  • Develop new accounts while maintaining existing account.
  • Servicing and building relationship with accounts to deliver sales and securing projects.
  • Implementation of sales and promotional activities.
  • Attending to sales/project enquiries and technical queries.
  • Supervise showroom staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to improve showroom efficiency and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer shopping experience and increase satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and special offers.
  • Utilize social media and other marketing tools to drive showroom traffic and attract new customers.

Requirements:

  • Must have related experience in luxury retail/ soft furnishing/kitchen/bathroom supply.
  • Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
  • Excellent social skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Experience in analysis of sales report.
