Job description

  • Position : Sales Executive (Freight) - Up to $5,000 - Changi Airfreight
  • Location : Changi Airfreight (With WFH Flexibility to be discussed)
  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + Performance Based Incentives + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Transport Allowance
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Logistics

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Provide clients with tailored logistics solutions based on their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience for sales in freight forwarding industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably in freight forwarding software
  • Proven track record of securing new business and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in developing accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
