Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding, Air/Sea Freight experience required)
  • Location: Raffles Place
  • Working days: Mon - Friday 9am-5:30pm
  • Salary: $2800 - $4500 (depend on exp) + Commission + AWS

Job Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting new customers in order to identify potential trade route and offer Company domestic and international freight services.
  • Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on daily basis.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company domestic and international freight services while onsite.
  • Liaising between the Company and the customers for up-to-date freight pricing, and latest trade route launches.
  • Providing quotation to customers as needed and timely.
  • Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the Company in a positive manner.
  • Updating and maintaining customer master file, including contact names and numbers in company common drive accurately.
  • Preparing sales pipeline reports and maintaining accurate expense accounts through weekly sales meeting report to managing director.
  • Aggressively following up on business opportunities by DEFINE.
  • Coordinate with operation and documentation team to ensure safety of cargo moving and accuracy of billing to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance Controller.
