A reputable company in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive for the logistics industry. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and promoting international freight services. Candidates should have a diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain and experience in sales.
Responsibilities
• Cold calls to prospects & sales visit;
• Prepare monthly sales report;
• Promote international air and ocean services;
• Achieve sales target;
• Identify potential clients and develop new accounts (hunter role);
• To manage sales and daily logistics duties;
• Ensure high customer satisfaction;
• Conduct Marketplace and research;
• Identify and enlarge targeted customer base;
• Ensure smooth freight service from pick up to delivery;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
• Nitec/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Shipping or a related field;
• 2 years of sales experience in the logistic industry. Prior experience with freight/shipping sales would be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships (both internal and external);
• Able to work independently or in a team-based environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
