A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a Sales Executive to develop new customers and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Business or related fields and experience in freight forwarding. Responsibilities include sales calls, customer satisfaction reviews, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities:
Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
Prepare a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes.
Weekly sales calls, follow up on all sales leads.
Submit weekly and monthly reports
Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met
Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Sales / Business Development Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air, Ocean), Logistics or Shipping Industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent in Sales and marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
