  • Position Title: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)
  • Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $4000 (Basic) + Commission + $200 (Transport Allowance) + Mobile Hp + AWS + Variable Bonus + Festive Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business to grow our client base.
  • Sell freight forwarding services and promote their benefits to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare customized sales proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to client queries.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
