Sales Executive for Kitchen Appliances

OVERVIEW

We are hiring a sales executive for a kitchen appliances company. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and presentations to management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by successfully managing the retail sales channel.
2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its growing presence.
3. Imparting sales training sessions to the dealer’s sales team, including overall company retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Sales experience, preferably in kitchen appliances, handling both traditional and modern trade/project sales.
2. Experience in leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

BENEFITS

Sales Commission SGD 3,000 – 4,000 per month.
