Responsibilities

• Attend to clients’ inquiries through various channels.
• Arrange interviews with prospective employers.
• Provide follow-up services to employers and domestic helpers.
• Handle documentation and processing of paperwork.
• Manage arrival process for candidates.
• Provide counseling to domestic helpers.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

* Attend to clients’ inquiries including walk-in, phone calls, messages, and email inquiries.

* Arrange interviews with prospective employers

* Follow-up services to both employers and foreign domestic helpers

* Administrative work, Documentation and Processing of Paperwork

* Coordinate & manage arrival process for candidates

* Provide Counselling to domestic helper

Working Days: 3days in shop, 3days WFH (Working days and hours can be discuss)

Our shop is located in 87 Circuit Road #01-987

Requirements

-Bilingual ability to speak English and Chinese as well as Bahasa OR Burmese

-Able to work independently and in a team.

-CEI Basic certification is a MUST
