Job summary

A leading company in the Food & Beverages/FMCG industry is seeking a Sales/Business Development Executive. You will utilize your prospecting skills to generate leads and build client relationships while exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of corporate sales experience, and is bilingual in Mandarin and English. This is a permanent position with competitive compensation, including a base salary of up to $4,500 and commission, with additional benefits like annual leaves and medical coverage.

Job description

  • Position : Sales/Business Development Executive (F&B/FMCG) - Up to $4,500 + Commission
  • Location : Central - Queenstown / Redhill
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday | 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $4,500 + Commission + Annual Bonus + 14 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Food & Beverages / FMCG

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your prospecting skills and a variety of tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry events) to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and expand our market reach.
  • Dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, provide market feedback, and contribute to product development.
  • Track your sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum 2 years experience in corporate sales in Hospitality or FMCG
  • Strong analytical, organizational and personal skills
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English to converse to Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
