GROWIN PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Singapore.

You will participate in roadshows and events, introduce the U.S.-listed brokerage’s platform, and assist interested customers with registration and onboarding. The role suits social individuals with a flair for performance-driven sales and a passion for financial markets. Responsibilities include engaging attendees, promoting campaigns, and hitting daily and monthly targets.

Job description

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. You will be involved in roadshow and event campaigns for a U.S.-listed brokerage , engaging potential customers, introducing its investment platform and services, and assisting interested customers with the registration process. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are motivated by sales performance, and have an interest in stocks, investing, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers at roadshows, exhibitions, and events
• Introduce and promote the brokerage platform, products, and ongoing campaigns
• Explain key product features and services to potential customers
• Assist interested customers with registration and onboarding processes
• Achieve individual daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with potential customers where required
• Work closely with the Sales Supervisor and team to achieve campaign targets
• Attend product and sales training provided by the company
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with campaign guidelines

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable approaching and engaging new customers
• Target-driven, proactive, and responsible
• Sales, roadshow, promoter, retail, or customer-facing experience is preferred
• Knowledge or interest in stocks, U.S. markets, investing, or financial products is an advantage
• Able to work at different event locations across Singapore
• Able to work on weekends when required
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided
