Job summary

Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Management professional who will be responsible for preparing sales quotations, monitoring accounts receivable, and assisting in annual business planning. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Business Management with 2-4 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably within the FMCG industry. The role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, data analysis expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with cross-functional coordination and effective time management abilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering sales proposals and presentations.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit sales quotations.
  • Monitor and update accounts receivable (AR) regularly.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in annual business planning, budgeting, and managing A&P and BTL expenses by country.
  • Support the preparation of business review presentations.
  • Maintain and update sales and inventory reports.
  • Conduct sales analysis at the country level, including pre- and post-promotion ROI assessments.
  • Coordinate with distributors on promotions, product launches, and pricing adjustments.
  • Verify shipping documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Letter of Credit (LC).
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HS codes, and Incoterms.
  • Review and follow up on claims in consultation with the Sales Manager.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production teams for smooth order processing.
  • Monitor and track international shipments with freight forwarders.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer or Head of Department (HOD).
