SALES EXECUTIVE/up TO $3500 WITH BONUS

Basic Pay($3000 - $3500) + $150 Allowance

Commission - $800 - $4000

Performance Bonus

5 Day’s Work Week (Mon – Fri)

9-6pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound calls in call center environment or

  • Be based inside client branch to assist walk-in clients or to approach or tagged potential clients

  • Ability to manage customer expectations and take ownership of customer requests

  • Promote company product via telemarketing or via branch or roadshows

  • Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPI set by management

  • Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different products

  • To update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exposure to customer-oriented environment and/or call center experience or roadshows

  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills

  • Good listening skills

  • Expert multi-tasker

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
