RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct outbound calls or be based inside client branch to assist walk-in clients.
• Manage customer expectations and take ownership of customer requests.
• Promote company products via telemarketing or through branch or roadshows.
• Meet and/or exceed all individual and team KPIs set by management.
• Acquire knowledge of multiple products to enhance understanding of customer needs.
• Update complete and accurate information on customer interactions in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exposure to customer-oriented environments and/or call center experience or roadshows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Expert multi-tasker.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.
