Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join a dynamic team in the construction and building materials industry. This role involves managing sales activities, building long-term client relationships, and driving business growth across assigned accounts and territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily sales functions including inquiries, quotations, and tender submissions

  • Follow up on sales leads, manage customer feedback, and maintain service quality

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet set revenue targets

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts

  • Provide technical sales and marketing support to clients

  • Monitor market and competitor trends, and provide feedback to internal teams

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external trade regulations

  • Manage Trade Accounts Receivable (TAR) and ensure no bad debts

  • Support management with additional tasks and meet KPIs as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or relevant field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or customer service, ideally within the construction or building materials industry

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and own a vehicle

  • Willing to work in construction sites and dusty environments when required
