Job description

- Sales Executive for Employment (Maids) Agency

- Attend to clients’ inquiries via walk-in, phone calls, messages, and email.

- Arrange interviews with prospective employers.

- Provide follow-up services to both employers and foreign domestic helpers.

- Perform routine administrative and documentation work.

- Full-time position; part-time applications will also be considered.

Requirements:

1. Bilingual ability in English and one of the following languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Burmese, or Filipino (preferred).
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to reply to emails and WhatsApp messages in English.
3. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and assist with online interviews.
4. Candidates with the Singapore MOM's Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic) are preferred. However, candidates without the CEI certificate are welcome to apply, as training and coaching will be provided.
