SALES EXECUTIVE, CONTRACT TEAM

As a Sales Executive in our catering team, you will play a vital role in driving our growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for managing client inquiries, preparing customized catering proposals, and coordinating with our culinary and event teams to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to catering inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Develop tailored proposals based on client needs, budget, and event type
• Coordinate event details with kitchen staff, logistics, and service teams
• Conduct site visits and client tastings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Upsell catering packages and additional services to maximize revenue
• Provide administrative support related to sales contracts, invoices, and schedules
