Job Description

• Position: Outdoor Sales Executive (Construction/Building Materials)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

• Salary: Basic $2,000 to $4,000 (based on experience & qualifications), plus commission if sales targets are met after probation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company's products and solutions aligned with company goals.
• Explore various markets and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with associates who speak only Mandarin.
• Knowledge in construction or interior design.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• A car is necessary for work; an additional allowance of around $800 is provided.
