1. Sales Executive (Toh Guan)

   Salary: Basic $2500 + Car Allowance $800 + Mobile Allowance $80 + Commission

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and build rapport with clients

• Develop new accounts and grow customer base

• Diligently follow up on customers' requirements

• Prepare and submit quotations

• Prepare and meet monthly sales targets and collections

Requirements

• Several years’ experience preferably in sales of construction equipment and materials

• Clean driving license and own transport

1. Sales Executive (Sungei Kadut)

   Salary up to $3700 + Commission (Junior)

   Salary up to $4200 + Commission (Senior)

Responsibilities

• To achieve sales targets set by management

• Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry

• Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from the construction market and potential clients for growth

• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships while understanding customer needs and delivering value

• Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer

• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc.)

• Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission, and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution

• Keep a close update on site progress and provide material forecasts effectively

• Work with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development

• Work with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments

• Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format

• Provide solutions on a case-to-case basis to customers

• Provide support/training/troubleshooting to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry

• Must possess own car/motorbike

• Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related project sales
