A leading company in the healthcare sector seeks an energetic OTC Sales Representative based in Singapore. This field-based role focuses on promoting and selling over-the-counter health products while building strong relationships with retail pharmacies. Candidates with a diploma or degree in relevant fields and previous sales experience are encouraged to apply.
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven OTC Sales Representative to join our team. This field-based role is responsible for ensuring the effective sell-in and sell-through of over-the-counter healthcare products such as supplements, analgesics, personal care and medical devices achieving sales targets and enhancing their visibility in pharmacies and retail outlets across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit assigned outlets (e.g., Guardian, Watsons, Unity, NTUC, independent pharmacies etc) on a daily route to secure orders, execute promotions and maintain presence.
· Promote and detail assigned products to the pharmacists and retail staff, at the same time maintain strong relationships with them.
· Ensure product availability, visibility, and in-store execution (e.g., planograms, POSM).
· Achieve sales targets through active territory coverage, order generation, and stock management.
· Manage assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent follow-up through close collaboration with internal customer service and logistics teams.
· Identify new sales opportunities within existing and new retail accounts.
· Gather market intelligence on competitor products and unmet customer needs.
· Provide feedback on customer preferences and product demand to marketing and management teams.
· Attend consumer events eg Atrium promotions, site promotions to promote assigned products.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
· 1–2 years of field sales experience in OTC, FMCG, or retail trade preferred (entry-level with high drive and interest in healthcare may be considered).
· Knowledge of Singapore retail and pharmacy landscape (e.g., Guardian, Watsons, Unity, hospital pharmacies).
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, result oriented with good organizational and territory planning abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
· Class 3 driving license with own transport is advantageous.
Salary Range
Basic salary + transport allowance + commission/incentives (commensurate with experience)
