Sales Executive (Car Accessories) Indoor

The role

We are seeking a driven and talented Sales Executive (Car Accessories) to join our team at Optima Werkz Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality car accessories to customers in an indoor, showroom-style environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable car accessories

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to drive sales

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Keep abreast of the new and latest automotive products and accessories.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships

• Maintain and manage in-house accessories inventory.

• Liaise and update the Service Advisors on the latest accessories and pricing.

• Engage with distributors on the dealership on discounts and rebates based on performance quota.

• Work with designers to develop marketing materials

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively

• Passion for cars and car accessories, with a keen interest in the latest trends and products

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

• Good persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Positive attitude and a team player mentality
