Job description

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage new clients to build a strong sales pipeline

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, digital platforms, and outreach

  • Promote and sell corporate training, BPO, and digital support services to businesses

  • Support tender preparation, proposal submissions, pricing, and presentations

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored client solutions

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and accounts

  • Manage client coordination with IT vendors and partners where required

  • Provide regular sales updates and CRM tracking

  • Support the Director with cross-functional projects and sales targets

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales and business development hunter role for professional services preferred.

  • Candidates with complex sales, Business Process Outsourcing or Call Centre services sales experienced preferred

  • Partnering with Digital and Technology vendors and sub-contractors to translate business requirements to tender solutions

  • Strong self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills

  • Good communication, complex proposal writing, powerpoint and presentation skills

  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.

  • No experience also can consider as training provided.
