A leading company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales professional for B2B sales and business development. The role involves engaging new clients, managing long-term relationships, and promoting various corporate services. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex sales and strong communication skills. Join a team dedicated to providing tailored client solutions and achieving sales targets.
Prospect and engage new clients to build a strong sales pipeline
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, digital platforms, and outreach
Promote and sell corporate training, BPO, and digital support services to businesses
Support tender preparation, proposal submissions, pricing, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored client solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and accounts
Manage client coordination with IT vendors and partners where required
Provide regular sales updates and CRM tracking
Support the Director with cross-functional projects and sales targets
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales and business development hunter role for professional services preferred.
Candidates with complex sales, Business Process Outsourcing or Call Centre services sales experienced preferred
Partnering with Digital and Technology vendors and sub-contractors to translate business requirements to tender solutions
Strong self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills
Good communication, complex proposal writing, powerpoint and presentation skills
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
No experience also can consider as training provided.
