Position Title: Sales Executive
Working Location: Singapore, Kallang

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  3. Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and key features.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  5. Maintain and expand client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth client experiences.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales.
  2. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to understand and present complex information to clients.
  5. High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation Package:

  1. $3000 - $4,500 (Basic Salary) + commission + incentives
  2. Full-Time permanent position with Dental/Medical and Optical benefits!
