• Position: Sales Executive (Building Materials) - Own Transport - Up to $6,000 Gross - Sungei Kadut
• Location: Sungei Kadut
• Working hours: 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Basic + Commission & Incentives + Transport Allowance + Mobile Phone Reimbursement + 14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits

Responsibilities:

• To achieve sales target set by management
• Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry
• Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from the construction market and potential clients for growth
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships while understanding customer needs and delivering value
• Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer
• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc.)
• Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission, and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution
• Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecasts effectively
• Ensure there is constant communication with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
• Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments
• Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format
• Provide solutions on a case-to-case basis to customers
• Provide support/training/troubleshooting to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry or related industry
• Must have own transport, or to obtain own transport within 6 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only
